WHERE DOES AT FIT INTO MY IEP?

Presented by: Julie Sorhaitz, Speech-Language Pathologist, and Lee-Ann Kant, Speech-Language Pathologist

AT or Assistive Technology is an important tool for children with LD. It is crucial that a student’s AT needs and strategies be fully integrated in the IEP. In this workshop, Speech-Language Pathologists Julie Sorhaitz and Lee-Ann Kant will discuss ways that parents and students can help design an IEP that includes the AT strategies that work best for them. In addition, parents and students will learn how to work with the school to implement these AT strategies in the classroom.

This is brought to you by LDADR as part of our monthly speaker series.
