DESCRIPTION:Understanding the Relationship between Learning Disabilities and Mental Health (LDMH)\nSpeaker: Dr. Marjory Phillips is the Director of the Integra Program at the Child Development Institute\, the only accredited children’s mental health agency in Canada to specialize in providing mental health services to children\, youth and families with Learning Disabilities. \nThe Child Development Institute understands the complex relationship between learning disabilities and mental health (LDMH). In this workshop\, participants will gain an understanding of the relationship between Learning Disabilities and Mental Health issues. We will explore signs and indicators of anxiety and depression in order to know when to activate additional resources.
